If a Learning Support Assistant is the right fit, we'll point you to Managed LSA. If it's ongoing therapy, we'll point you to Managed Therapy. Either way, that's a separate decision and a separate payment — nothing here commits you to anything beyond the assessment itself.

One fee, no commitment beyond it.
AED 499 covers the assessment itself and a call with our Educational and Program Director — at home, school, or a centre. There's nothing else to pay unless you choose to move forward with a recommended service.

- Is the AED 499 refundable?
- It's non-refundable once paid, since it covers the assessment and the director call itself.
- Do I have to commit to ongoing support afterward?
- No — the assessment is a standalone step. If we recommend Managed LSA, Managed Therapy, or something else, that's a separate decision and a separate payment, entirely up to you.
- Where does the assessment happen?
- At home, school, or a centre — whichever setting fits your family, the same as every other service we offer.

- Our team reaches out on WhatsApp or email to schedule the assessment and arrange your call with our Educational and Program Director.
