Search and screen
Our own roster first, the wider market if nobody fits. Every candidate is interviewed by a supervisor and both references contacted before you hear a name.
- Step 3
A shortlist, not a name
You meet candidates we would place with our own families. If none of them is right, we go back out — we will not ask you to settle for whoever was free.
- Step 4
Placed and supervised
A BCBA or RBT supervises the placement, reviews progress and adjusts the plan for as long as it runs. From AED 7,000 to 14,000/mo.

- It starts your child's search — our clinical team reviews your situation, shortlists vetted LSA candidates, and introduces a matched candidate to your family.
- Is the AED 899 refundable?
- It's non-refundable once paid, since it covers the clinical time spent on your search and match, whether or not you proceed to placement.
- How long does it take to find a match?
- It varies by your child's needs and location, but most families hear from us within a couple of weeks of registering.
- What happens right after I pay the registration fee?
- Our clinical team reaches out to understand your child's needs in more depth, then begins the search — we'll introduce a matched LSA once we have one that's genuinely right, not just available.
- Why does the monthly fee range from AED 7,000–14,000/mo?
- Hours per week, whether it's school or home-based, and the level of supervision your child's programme needs — RBT oversight versus BCBA-designed and reviewed. We confirm the exact monthly figure with you before you commit to anything.
- This is more than hiring an LSA myself. What am I paying for?
- Supervision, and what happens when things change. You are not paying for an introduction — you are paying for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Registered Behavior Technician who designs the programme, reviews it, and adjusts it as your child progresses, plus a replacement if the placement stops working. If what you need is a good person and you are happy to manage them yourself, that is genuinely a different service — say so when you enquire and we will tell you straight, rather than sell you a search you don't need.
- Is the AED 7,000–14,000/mo fee an automatic subscription?
- No — it's a monthly service fee invoiced once your LSA is matched and placement begins, not an automatic recurring charge.
- Can I choose between school and home support?
- Yes — tell us your preference when you register, and we'll match accordingly.
- What if the placement isn't working?
- Tell the supervisor. Most of what goes wrong in the first weeks is fixable by changing the plan rather than the person, and that is exactly what the supervision is for. If it is the wrong person, we replace them — the goal is a placement that works for your child, not a filled slot.
