Is it free to join as a practitioner?

Yes — creating a profile and using placements, invoicing and messaging is free on the Standard tier. The job board, where postings go live, starts at AED 99/month.

Do I need to already be certified or licensed?

It depends on the role — some placements require existing licensure, others are open to candidates working toward certification. Our IBT training programme is one pathway if you're not yet certified.

Will I be supervised, or working freelance and unsupervised?

Never unsupervised. Every practitioner is placed with a clinical lead you can actually reach when a case needs guidance.

How does placement matching work?

We match you to placements based on your background, certifications, location and availability — not a first-come, first-served job board free-for-all.

What's the difference between the membership tiers?

Standard, Priority and Premium all unlock the job board and eligibility for a public profile on our website. Priority and Premium add proactive outreach from our placement team and faster support response — your profile, placements, invoicing and messaging work the same on every tier.
