SEN staff placement · UAE-wide
Hire the specialist. Not the agency.
We source, vet and shortlist SEN staff — you employ them directly. AED 1,499 opens the search, and the placement fee is one month of their salary, due only when you confirm the hire.
What it costs
One month of salary. Nothing hidden behind it.
The placement fee is one month of the candidate's agreed gross salary. You pay AED 1,499 to open the search, and that comes off the fee — so a completed placement costs one month of salary in total, not one month plus a registration.
Step one · today
AED 1,499
Opens the search. Covers sourcing, credential checks and reference calls — whether or not you go on to hire.
Step two · on confirmation
One month's salary
AED 1,499 already paid
Due when you have interviewed, chosen someone and they have accepted. Not at shortlist, not at interview.
Total for a completed placement— one month of salary. The registration is the first part of that fee, never an addition to it.
| Role | Monthly salary | Placement fee | Balance on confirmation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Learning Support Assistant | AED 6,000 | AED 6,000 | AED 4,501 |
| Shadow teacher | AED 8,500 | AED 8,500 | AED 7,001 |
| Speech & language therapist | AED 15,000 | AED 15,000 | AED 13,501 |
Salaries shown are illustrative. The fee follows the salary you actually agree with the candidate.
How it runs
Five steps, and you owe nothing until you hire.
01
Tell us the role
The setting, the children they'll support, the hours, the salary band you have approved. If you are not sure what you need, we will say so before you pay anything.
02
Register the search — AED 1,499
This opens the search and comes off your placement fee. It covers the sourcing and vetting work whether or not you go on to hire.
03
We source, vet and shortlist
Credentials verified, references taken up by phone, and a clinical screen against the role you actually described — not a stack of CVs forwarded on.
04
You interview and choose
We introduce a shortlist. You interview, you decide. If nobody fits, we keep searching rather than pushing whoever is available.
05
Confirm the match, settle the balance
The placement fee falls due when you confirm the hire — never before. The candidate joins your payroll and the relationship is yours.
Who we place
Any SEN role, across the UAE.
Schools, nurseries, therapy centres and clinics — and families hiring directly. If the role supports children with additional needs, we recruit for it.
- Learning Support Assistants
- Shadow teachers
- ABA therapists and RBTs
- Speech & language therapists
- Occupational therapists
- SENCOs and inclusion leads
You employ them directly
The candidate goes onto your payroll on your terms. No margin sitting between you and your own staff, and no monthly fee to us.
Vetted the way we vet our own
The same credential checks, phone references and clinical screening we apply before anyone joins a Special Minds placement.
A fee that scales with the role
One month of salary means an LSA hire and a BCBA hire are each priced for what they are, rather than one flat fee that is wrong for both.
Nothing owed until you confirm
Beyond the AED 1,499 that opens the search, you owe nothing unless you actually hire someone.
Placement or Managed LSA?
One you employ. One we supervise.
Placement
We find and vet the person. They join your payroll on your terms, and our involvement ends there. One fee, once. Usually the right answer for a school filling a permanent post.
One month of salary, once
Managed LSA
The specialist stays on our books under BCBA or RBT supervision, with progress reviewed against goals. Usually the right answer for a family who wants clinical oversight for one child.

Frequently asked
Questions schools ask us.
- How exactly is the fee calculated?
- The placement fee is one month of the candidate's agreed gross salary. If you hire an LSA on AED 6,000 a month, the fee is AED 6,000. The AED 1,499 registration you paid to open the search comes off that, so the balance on confirmation would be AED 4,501.
- Is the AED 1,499 on top of the placement fee?
- No. It is the first part of it. You pay it to open the search, and it is deducted from the placement fee when you confirm a hire — so a completed placement costs one month of salary in total, not one month plus a registration.
- Is the AED 1,499 refundable if we do not hire?
- It is not, because it pays for the sourcing, credential checks and reference calls we carry out whether or not a hire follows. Nothing further is owed if you decide not to proceed.
- When is the balance due?
- On confirmation of the match — when you have interviewed, chosen a candidate and they have accepted. Not at shortlist, and not at interview.
- How is this different from Managed LSA?
- With a placement, the person you hire becomes your employee and our involvement ends. With Managed LSA the specialist stays on our books under BCBA or RBT supervision, and you pay a monthly programme fee for as long as the placement runs. Schools filling a permanent post usually want a placement; families wanting clinical oversight for one child usually want Managed LSA.
- What if the person leaves shortly after starting?
- Tell us and we will discuss it directly rather than pointing at a clause. We would rather resolve it than argue about it.
- Can you recruit for roles outside Dubai?
- Yes — we place across all seven emirates, and the process is the same wherever the school or centre is based.
