ABA therapy near you
Wherever you live in the UAE, the therapist comes to you.
Search for ABA therapy near you from Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain or Fujairah, and you may find that the options you are shown are in another emirate. For a child who needs several sessions a week, that is a lot of driving. Because our sessions happen at home or at school, where you live decides who we match — not whether we can help.
Our network is deepest in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, our head office is in Ras Al Khaimah, and every emirate is covered. Matching takes from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on your area, the hours you need and the languages your child uses, and we tell you honestly where yours is likely to fall.
Whichever emirate you are in, the clinical standard is the same. One team of BCBAs writes and reviews every programme, the RBT records data every session, and the programme is reviewed with you every month. A family on the East Coast gets the same supervision as a family in central Dubai.

Emirate by emirate
One service, seven emirates.
Dubai
Home to our Dubai branch in Al Khawaneej and one of our two deepest networks. Sessions at home, or at KHDA-regulated private schools that agree to them.
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
Our other deepest network. Home sessions across the emirate, and school sessions at ADEK-regulated schools once the school has agreed.
Sharjah and Ajman
Home and school sessions close to Dubai, without the drive into it. Sharjah's private schools are regulated by SPEA, and we agree school sessions with each school's SEN lead.
Ras Al Khaimah
Where our head office is. Families across the emirate are matched on area for home sessions, and school sessions are arranged with the school's SEN lead.
Umm Al Quwain
Covered for home and school sessions. Matching can take longer than in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and we say so plainly when you first message us.
Fujairah and the East Coast
Covered for home sessions and, with the school's agreement, school sessions. Distance from the Gulf coast can lengthen matching, and we are honest about that from the start.
How one team covers the country
What stays the same wherever you are.
A BCBA writes the programme
From your child's brief and what the BCBA sees of your child — never a standard pack, and never a different standard for a different emirate.
Data every session
The RBT records what happened each time, so every decision about the programme rests on what actually took place.
A monthly review with you
Every month the programme is reviewed with your family: what has been learned, what has stalled and what changes next.
Someone who answers
WhatsApp replies come the same day, and if the fit with your RBT is wrong, we replace them. You never have to restart the search yourself.
Pricing
Two figures, both up front.

Questions families ask.
- Is there ABA therapy near me in the northern emirates?
- Yes. We cover Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah as well as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with sessions in your home or at your child's school. Matching depends on your area, so tell us where you live and we will say how quickly we are likely to find someone.
- Do you offer ABA therapy in Ras Al Khaimah?
- Yes. Our head office is in Ras Al Khaimah, and families across the emirate are matched with an RBT for home sessions, or school sessions where the school agrees. The programme is written and reviewed by a BCBA from the same clinical team that supervises every emirate.
- Can you send an ABA therapist to Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain?
- Yes, both are covered. Matching can take longer there than in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, where our network is deepest; across the country it takes from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on area, hours and languages. We tell you at the start what is realistic for yours.
- Is ABA outside Dubai the same service?
- The clinical side is the same: a BCBA writes and reviews the programme, an RBT delivers it, data is taken every session and the programme is reviewed with you monthly. What can differ is how quickly we match, because that depends on your area.
- What does ABA therapy cost in the UAE?
- With Special Minds, sessions start from AED 325 an hour and AED 499 opens the search. The hourly figure depends on your child's programme, eases as weekly hours rise and is confirmed in writing before the first session. Published rates across the UAE vary, so compare what is included as well as the number.
- We are moving to another emirate. Can the ABA programme continue?
- Tell us as early as you can. Your child's programme and data stay with the same clinical team, and we look at whether your RBT can still reach your new home or whether a new match is needed. A new RBT is briefed on your child before you hear their name.
- Where is Special Minds based?
- Our head office is in Ras Al Khaimah and our Dubai branch is in Al Khawaneej. ABA sessions do not take place at either office: they happen in your home or at your child's nursery or school.
- How do we start if we live outside Dubai?
- The same way as everyone else: a WhatsApp message, a call or the free intake form, with your child's age, what you are seeing and the hours your family can sustain. We reply on WhatsApp the same day.
